The Cairns depot is on Sheridan Street in the city itself, on the corner of Aplin, which means you can walk to the Esplanade and the reef terminal before you pick up. It is the northern end of the east coast run and the start of the Cape York and Savannah Way routes.

Sheridan Street is the main road north out of the city towards the northern beaches and Port Douglas, and the depot is a short drive from Cairns Airport.

Collection happens during the hours listed here, with a walk-around of the vehicle before you drive out so you know where the cooker, water and bedding are. If your flight lands late in the day, say so when you book rather than arriving after the desk closes. After hours collection may be available on request, but it has to be arranged in advance.
